To enable you to simultaneously process files of the same topic or to pre-process similar files, we established a clipboard function for this very purpose. You can add individual files or several files (e. g., search results) to the clipboard and process them all at the same time by assigning keywords, descriptions, categories or by setting up a new assortment, by switching them online / offline…; anything that applies to all of these files can be processed in one single step. Subsequently, the files can be further processed individually, for instance, to add specific complements.
